PREPARING FOR YOUR VISA MEDICALS

To ensure you successfully complete your health examination there are a few key things to remember:

Your original and valid passport
HAP ID or e-Medical Referral Letter (Australia)
Medical examination and RadiologyForms (Papua New Guinea)
Prescription glasses or contact lenses.
Specialist’s report/s about your medical condition (if applicable)

VISA Medicals Process

Standard Procedure takes 1-3 working days and consists of two phases.

For Papua New Guinea:

Registration, Verification of documents and Payment
Laboratory sample collection
Radiology (Chest X-ray)
Vital signs and Eye test
Physical Examination and review reports with the Doctor (phase 2)

For Australia:

Registration, Verification of documents and Payment
ID Photo capture
Laboratory sample collection
Radiology (Chest X-ray)
Vital signs and Eye test
Physical Examination and review reports with the Doctor (phase 2)

For New Zealand:

Registration, Verification of documents, generating health case (NZER ID) and Payment
ID Photo capture
Laboratory sample collection
Radiology (Chest X-ray)
Vital signs and Eye test
Physical Examination and review reports with the Doctor (phase 2)
